Prices are per person per day per room (full occupancy). During the main season, stays are only from Sunday to Sunday.

In any case, do not hesitate to request a personalized offer, in which, where possible, we could take into account your particular needs.

All prices include:
VAT, buffet breakfast, water, heating, electricity, outdoor private parking, daily room and bathroom cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, towels with midweek change, WI-FI connection, ski/bike room with a ski boot dryer.

To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of Euro 1.40 per person (over 14 years old) per day.

Additional services:

• shared kitchen and use of crockery at the price of 4,00 Euro per person per time;
• free fridge and pantry;

Reservation and confirmation deposit:
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed and the receipt of our written confirmation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to:

Payment modes:
The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:

• in cash for total amounts of less than 1999.99 Euro;
• by bank transfer (in this case the entire payment for your stay should be transferred before your arrival);
• by bank check (in this case, please hand over the check within the day after arrival);

In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.

Cancellation policy:
Unforeseen circumstances may always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties. The right of withdrawal is not provided by the "Consumer Code". Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation terms:

• if the cancellation is communicated 90 days before arrival, no penalty (the deposit will be refunded up to 80%);
• if the cancellation is communicated between 90 and 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price is charged;
• if the cancellation is communicated between 30 and 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price is charged;
• less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 90% of the total price is charged;

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in: from 2 p.m. till 9 p.m. (after 9 p.m. upon prior agreement).
Check-out: till 10 a.m.

Pets: 
Upon prior agreement, we accept pets (small and medium-sized dogs only) at the price of 10.00 Euro per pet per day, provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the rooms and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets. Animals are not allowed in the breakfast room.

No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in all rooms and in the whole house. 

Visits:
In our rooms, the visit of customers who do not stay at B&B Garni Biata is not permitted.

Furniture:
We ask our guests to take good care of the high quality furniture and the fine textiles of our house.
